It's hard being a starving/striving artist with no support. For a long time I've tried to feed my passion with dreams, most of them unrealistic ones. But thinking in retrospect I NEED other people to feed my passion and determination. I want to hear that I'm good enough, and that I have the potential, because telling myself these things just isn't enough to keep my drive going. I have dreams of attending the most prestigious art college, being among the best of the best, working with the major companies, meeting my favorite artists whose work I've admired for years...etc. I just believe that confidence is a really important trait for an artist to strive in this commanding and competitive world, I hope mine emerges sooner than later.  But most importantly I want to make friends that share the same interests and feel the same as I do so that the journey of finding my inspirations won't be so hard.
